Information Security Policy
LLC Mai Connect (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) recognizes that properly protecting information assets entrusted to us by clients — and the Company’s own information assets — is a critical management issue in the course of our marketing consulting, media operation, and IT maintenance/system development businesses. We hereby establish this “Information Security Policy” and commit to providing safe and reliable services.
1. Establishing an Information Security Framework
The Company will build the necessary organizational framework for maintaining and improving information security, and will strive to properly manage information assets.
2. Management and Protection of Information Assets
To ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets, the Company will implement optimal organizational and technical security measures against risks such as unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage.
3. Compliance with Laws and Standards
The Company will strictly comply with laws and regulations related to information security, government guidelines, and other norms and guidelines.
4. Education and Training
The Company will regularly provide education to all employees (including officers, staff, and contractors) to raise awareness of the importance of information security, and will work to improve security consciousness.
5. Incident Response
In the unlikely event of an information security incident or problem, the Company will immediately investigate the cause, minimize damage, and promptly implement appropriate corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
6. Continuous Improvement
The Company will periodically review this policy and related internal regulations in accordance with technological advances, changes in the business environment, and revisions to laws and regulations, and will strive for continuous improvement.
